Intensegroup EE (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered platform for analysing and producing advertising creative. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The service is operated by Adsscale SIA (registration no. 40203725236), Brīvības iela 205, Liepāja, LV-3414, Latvia, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), role and the company or brands you belong to.
• Content you provide — images, videos, copy, brand assets and other materials you upload or generate in the platform.
• Connected account data — when you connect an advertising account (for example Meta), we access campaign, ad and performance data as permitted by the permissions you grant.
• Usage and technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken, used to operate and secure the service.

• To provide, maintain and improve the service and its features.
• To analyse creative performance and generate AI-assisted content at your request.
• To authenticate users, manage team access and keep accounts secure.
• To communicate with you about your account, invitations and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Some features send content you provide (such as images, video frames or text) to third-party AI model providers to generate analysis or new creative. These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver the requested output. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the platform, such as cloud hosting, storage, email delivery and AI model providers.
• Platforms you choose to connect, such as advertising networks, according to your instructions.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or security reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of stored access tokens and data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you are located, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a copy of it in a portable format.
